Where can i get duty free perfume without going abroad or a airport?

A ferry? It's cheap, and quick and you can get that all important duty free.

The whole point is that's it's duty free is that its outside the UK.

when inside the UK, the consumer (me & you) must bend over and pay the high taxes they put on well… everything (stealth taxes)

I wouldn't bother – duty free goods are not half as cheap as they used to be.
